Terms & Conditions of Participation

Spend & Win Contest

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Spend & Win Contest (“Contest”) organized by O’Seeker Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“Organizer”). By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Organizer, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Contest is open to all residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) years and above at the time of participation.
1.2 The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
(a) employees of the Organizer, its holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings);
(b) trade partners, resellers, and retailers of the Organizer; and
(c) individuals engaged in the administration, development, or execution of the Contest.
1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, including but not limited to identification documents, proof of residence, and purchase receipts.

2. Contest Period

2.1 The Contest commences on 1 January 2026, 12.00am (MYT) and closes on 31 March 2026, 11.59pm (MYT), both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
2.2 Any entries received outside the Contest Period shall be deemed invalid and will not be entertained.

3. Method of Participation

3.1 To qualify for entry, participants must:
(a) purchase a minimum of RM20 in a single receipt of any Nature’s Own® product(s) during the Contest Period; and
(b) submit their entry by following the official contest instructions, which include completing the entry form and uploading a clear image of the purchase receipt.
3.2 Each valid receipt constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted with separate valid receipts. The more entries submitted, the higher the chances of winning.
3.3 The Organizer shall not be held responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or not received due to any reason whatsoever, including technical or electronic failures.
3.4 Any entry deemed fraudulent, tampered with, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

4. Prizes and Selection of Winners

4.1 The prizes for the Contest are as follows:

Grand Prize (1 winner): 10g 999.9 Gold Bar
Second Prize (1 winner): iPhone 17
Third Prize (1 winner): Apple Watch
Fourth Prize (1 winner): AirPods 4
Special Prizes:
- Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit RM100 × 10 winners
- Touch 'n Go eWallet Credit RM50 x 20 winners

- Nature’s Own® Products worth RM100 × 30 winners

4.2 Winners shall be selected by the Organizer.
4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Notification and Prize Redemption

5.1 Winners will be contacted by the Organizer via the official WhatsApp number (+6012-6606016) or email (cs@oseekerfood.com) within fourteen (14) days from the closing date of the Contest.

5.2 Winners are required to respond within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification and provide the following for verification:
(a) a valid identification document (e.g., NRIC/passport).

5.3 Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of notification, failing which the prize will be forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to select a replacement winner at its sole discretion.

5.4 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item or cash of equivalent value without prior notice; however, winners will be informed accordingly.

5.5 The list of winners will be announced in the official WhatsApp community group. Participants are encouraged to join the group to stay updated on the winner announcement and other campaign information.

5.5 All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited, and the Organizer shall not be held liable to compensate the winners in any manner whatsoever.

6. Rights of the Organizer

6.1 The Organizer reserves the absolute right to:
(a) amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice and without liability;
(b) vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
(c) disqualify any participant found or suspected of tampering with the Contest mechanics, submitting fraudulent entries, or acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The Organizer’s decisions in all matters relating to the Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence, queries, or appeals will be entertained.

7. Publicity

7.1 By participating, participants agree and consent that the Organizer may use their names, images, likenesses, voices, and/or particulars for purposes of advertising, publicity, trade, or promotion, in any media, without prior notice or compensation.

8. Liability and Indemnity

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense suffered by any participant or winner in connection with the Contest, including but not limited to:
(a) any technical error or malfunction;
(b) any unauthorized intervention;
(c) any entry not received or processed due to system errors.
8.2 Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in the Contest or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1 By participating, participants consent to the Organizer’s collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their personal data for the purposes of the Contest in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
9.2 The Organizer may disclose participants’ personal data to third-party service providers for the administration of the Contest, but shall ensure that such parties comply with applicable data protection requirements.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 This contest is subject to the laws of Malaysia.

11. Fraudulent Communications Disclaimer ⚠️‼️

11.1 The Organizer will never request participants to disclose personal banking details, credit/debit card information, or to make any form of payment in relation to this Contest.
11.2 The Organizer will also not send any external links for prize redemption or confirmation of winner status.
11.3 All official communications will be made only through the Organizer’s official WhatsApp number (+6012-6606016) or email (cs@oseekerfood.com).
11.4 Participants are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of any suspicious communication by contacting the Organizer directly through the official channels above. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages suffered as a result of participants responding to fraudulent calls, messages, or links from unauthorized third parties.
