Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs; design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Manage online B2B marketplaces, such as Alibaba.com
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Provide forecasts, reports, and marketing intelligence by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Contacting clients, making offers, and concluding individual deals for Export Sales
- Analyse and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
- Achieve sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently
Desired Work Experience & Skills
- 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Executive, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1 year of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
- Good knowledge and experience with sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on a company’s success
