Key Duties / Responsibilities

  1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs; design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market
  2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  3. Manage online B2B marketplaces, such as
  4. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  8. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  9. Provide forecasts, reports, and marketing intelligence by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  10. Contacting clients, making offers, and concluding individual deals for Export Sales
  11. Analyse and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
  12. Achieve sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently

Desired Work Experience & Skills

  • 1 year of experience as a B2B Sales Executive, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1 year of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge and experience with sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
